PoE Argensa97, Projectile builds

As the title, what do you think the pros and cons of each ascendancy are? I have drafted up 2 PoBs. I think people normally use Splitting Steel for clear, but when I socket it, it doesn't seem to be that much better for clear than Lancing Steel so I didn't bother. &x200B; &x200B;
