PoE Raise Spectre, yurilnw123 builds

I posted this in a comment in another post and it kinda catch many interests so I'm posting it as a separate post. Welcome to the psuedo-RF but minion build. We're fast, tanky, doesn't required pressing a button and have enough damage to do a 10k wisps map in reasonable time. The PoB in the thread are still kinda mess and the guide might be missing some information that slipped my mind. I will updated them when I have time.
