Hi everybody! So, I have been trying to figure out how to make the Chieftain good. And most of the power of the Chieftain is in how easy it is for him to get defenses. I wanted to see how tanky you could get with a Chieftain, and it turns out that the answer is "absurdly". Here's a pob: I based this build on an existing DD CI Elementalist. But I realized that if you combine Valako, Storm's Embrace and Melding of the Flesh, you can get above +30% max ele resistance. Basically - Valako doesn't stop you from getting non-fire max resists.
