PoE Penance Brand of Dissipation, monaco-franz builds

Hello Exiles, i switched from CA to Penance Brand of Dissipation with a Power Charge stacking setup including Mageblood. Damage is pretty bonkers but defences are hard to get... I tried to layer some defences and in the current state i get 78k eHP in POB which is not to bad.
