PoE Storm Rain, metalonorfeed builds

Hey guys, recently thought about what to league start and somehow ended up with a scion. I noticed that scion builds have an easy time picking up Soul of Steel and Revenge of the hunted+ mastery, Graceful assault+mastery and the champion of the cause and charisma wheels. This allows for the beloved 3 50% auras+defiance banner setup we all enjoyed a couple of patches ago. On top of that, Scions berserker and scions ranger classes offer decent damage or QoL, especially Rage generation is still pretty rare, especially for bow builds.
