PoE Penance Brand of Dissipation, Zylosio builds

Hi wanted to share whats probably the best build i ever made, today i killed all of the ubers, i think the only i ever killed before was shaper. This build is fast, has insane dps and it isnt tanky per se but its definetely not zhp. The idea behind it is to abuse power charge stacking with badge of the brotherhood and ralakesh boots. With this you probably should go CI assassin but i went for a slayer. Slayer gives us 11 max endurance AND brutal charges with arns anguish, overleech is always nice and 20% cull is great dmg as well for bosses. Use replica restless ward for huge movement spe
