The changes to Wind Dancer means it is possible to reach evasion cap with just Grace and a Jade flask on a Raider. It will also be possible to get 100% spell suppression chance on the tree. This means that a Raider with Wind Dancer can get the same defenses as a pure evasion build without using any evasion gear. I
