PoE Blazing Salvo, Prandom_returns builds

Hey! Really wanted to make a tanky build that could either stand in Sirus Storm or tank the Memory Game without Molten Shell. Out of 4 characters I had leveled and tried, this one had the best survivability and damage. Sadly, Immortal call is still required. This is SC Kalandra league, normal Maven, playing CoC Inquisitor with 15k ES, 3.6k regen. Didn't spend much, as I never had more than 10 divines this league. So every piece of gear was about a divine each. Yes, cyclone is a better CoC skill, but I hate cyclone with passion.
