PoE Lacerate, Jesslynnlove builds

Hey guys, i spent a few hours today putting together this build. This is my first ever PoB build i've made from scratch, normally i'm lazy and just copy another's build. When i read thirst for blood i felt like i just had to try something with that mechanic. Does this look too good to be true? Did i inflate numbers hard? I tried to make it stuff i could obtain by the end of Week 1 or week 2 as someone who will probably put in 100 hours in the first week of the league lol.
