PoE Cast when Stunned builds with custom stat filters

POB \- Lvl 94 CwCwDripAF on ninja Chieftain is currently tied for last with Glad at 0.6%. This is unacceptable. PoB: Tldr; The build uses MoM and mana as the main mechanics. Defenses include Petrified Blood, recoup and block. By stacking Megalomaniacs, the build achieves high mana regen. I tried to explain the mechanics used but the post isn't a complete so don't hesitate if you have any questions.

Greetings exiles, I've been working on a meme build and made a few upgrades/changes this patch. But I'm not sure which setup is tankier.
