PoE Inquisitor, Wave of Conviction builds

PoB: I got inspired by another post which was talking about this concept, so here is an idea for league starting with Arma Brand and Fire Burst. Not very experienced crafter so I am not sure if the staff might be a bit hard to get with Fire Burst, but I think you can get this build going without Fire Burst at first.

I made a first draft of a HoT fire burst autobomber inquis: Build works by having storms gift shock corpses which keeps up HoT forever running through a map, and then fire burst is procced every 0.74 seconds (every 4-5 HoT procs). The fire burst pops a pack and it explodes with inpulsa/storms gift. For extra damage or single target you can set up any skill in the body armor 6l, for instance I have flame surge or purifying flame currently set up. I was messing around in Ritual SSF for a fresh start and found [[Ngamahu's Flame]]. With decent damage, 60% phys to fire conversion and 20% fire pen, it seemed like a good fit for a phys spell battlemage build. I've never sat down and made a build from complete scratch. First attempt, just wanted to see if I could find something to abuse the new battlemage inquisitor. This is a scuffed build from my hierophant that I'm trying to convert into Inquisitor with fanaticism and consecrated ground in mind. The idea is to use cyclone with cwc creeping frost to generate power charges and keep stacking fanaticism charges while benefiting massively through a storm call burst damage with 75% cast speed and AOE.
