PoE Death Rush, Movement builds

Here is my unoptimized POB, need to balance cost reduction currently cause inspiration is a dead link, need to have exactly 1 mana cost: I started this build because in theory Bodyswap is the best movement skill in the game since it has no cooldown and auto targets. It just has hard to scale damage (life stacking is a trap imo), and you need a lot of cast speed to make it feel good. Soulthirst + Ignite solves those issues and has respectable dps. it can get started with some jewels, a 1000dps ele bow and some cheap uniques and its fun seeing your character grow while more and more of the screen is covered in explosions. doing t16 with deli mirror pretty easily with the current setup. notice that it shows 5m dps without soul eater stacks. from my testing 50 stacks on average seems reasonable so the dps while mapping is closer to 10m dps with the current setup. i had a minmaxed pob which i deleted with 120k ehp and 10m dps, which would be around 60m dps with my high score of
