PoE Chaining builds without Elementalist, Occultist, Rolling Magma, Trickster

Hello, Actually, I theorycraft build with Mjolner Static strike full block gladiator. Problems : I'm at 153/123 in my tree. I need to remove in first step 40 points which is lvl90 tree. And after that maybe need thinking about lvl95 tree. Could you give your opinion and help me to finished this : Thanks.
