Replace anoint with toxic strikes if you want more damage dps is way higher than shown because of ramping poison stacks with spark lot of flex gem spots for you to do what you want (portal or something) if having mana problems, don't use a helical ring and instead use a vermillion with elreon non-channeling mana cost craft
