PoE Ambidexterity builds

Hey guys, i spent a few hours today putting together this build. This is my first ever PoB build i've made from scratch, normally i'm lazy and just copy another's build. When i read thirst for blood i felt like i just had to try something with that mechanic. Does this look too good to be true? Did i inflate numbers hard? I tried to make it stuff i could obtain by the end of Week 1 or week 2 as someone who will probably put in 100 hours in the first week of the league lol. greetings! Since my first efforts at trying to create my own build have failed miserably, I feel the need to request your help in fixing this mess. I've been trying to work on a Cleave melee build to use for my league start on ps4 in a couple days but I'm pretty much a complete noob and I'm not sure how bad my build is right now, I don't really like crafting in games so I was trying to do a build with some cheap uniques instead of rares as much as possible.
