POE 3.14 Builds - LAZER NECROMANCER BUILD - Ultimatum League Summoner Guide for PoE Beginners

PoE Summoner builds are among the best builds for 3.14 Ultimatum League both as Starter Builds and as more advanced builds for Path of Exile end-game. In this video I'll show you my current favourite PoE Witch Necromancer build that relies heavily on Lazer Specters and Carrion Golems, as well as the usual Raging Spirit, Zombies, Phantasm Support and Skeleton gems.

What I love about this League Starter Build is the playstyle that is quite chilled and easy to pick up, but more difficult to fine-tune and master to survive the levels closer to end-game. I'll walk you through the Leveling process, gems and skills, passive skill tree, ascendancy, offering you some early PoE Summoner leveling tips and the logic supporting my Passive Skill picks...
