Twister Abyssal Lich

Quick note here, if you cannot afford rakiata's flow, you can use Sacred Flame + Elemental weakness with Burning Inscription support for Ignited ground for 1 button, and this works well with the Molten One's Gift Passive which lets fire damage take advantage of armour break (26% increased damage taken in our build) since we already do so much fire damage and Break armor anyway.
