You need to handle the mana usage if you want to play this on non-stormweaver.

Mana costs aren't THAT terrible, so be creative and good luck.

I know GGG will come around and say "this is a bug" or "this is an oversight" and just nerf the build mid-league, which is like the most annoying thing about POE2 for me. But the league is already half-dead and when the "fix" comes through, I'm done.

Enjoy while it lasts I guess lol.
