CoC 7L Shaper 2H Sword with Hits Can't Be Evaded craft. Cost me 8ex to make, but I think you're better off spending currency on a CoC bow instead. I kinda just chose Cyclone for the aesthetic of cats flying out from a spinning character.

Keep in mind you can't craft Hits cant be Evaded on a Bow, so you either need to invest in accuracy or play Deadeye/Juggernaut. You can also use Power Siphon and Lycosidae, but you lose 1 gem link for the CoC gem doing so.

Shavronne's Wrappings for Low Life. Can also go CI + Incandescent Heart for less elemental damage taken.

Skyforth for Power Charge generation and reduced mana reservation for LL.

Assassin's Mark Shaper ring for even more crit chance.

Shaper's Touch for big boi ES.

I am planning to run Auxium once I find another way to cap my resistances, since the build is very vulnerable to freeze.

Luxury Items: Cinderswallow Urn with crit chance is great for the build. Not only do you get extra crit chance to proc CoC, but just adding 1 point of fire damage to your attack/spells through rings or abyssal jewels, allows you to ignite them for an extra 10% damage taken multiplier.

Aspect of the Spider for defensive hinder/damage reduction + increased damage taken

Helmet Enchant with Soulrend extra projectile for memes, or Soulrend hinder for defensive

Despair Impresence for free debuff. Relevant for this build since Cyclone is up close so enemies are always cursed, not so much if playing ranged CoC. Also requires +1 Curse investment.

Dying Sun for memes. Extra cats are good for clearspeed but the extra projectiles don't help your single target since Soulrend can't shotgun with the same cast.

Extra notes:

1. Soulrend does not synergize well with CoC outside of the Cats on Crit joke. Soulrend's main damage usually stems from its damage over time, but with CoC we hit with the spell projectile so often that building for DoT is a dps loss, vs just scaling the initial hit with crit. We essentially ignore the DoT aspect for more hit damage, which is suboptimal since Soulrend is best built for backloaded damage rather than frontloaded.

2. Occultist was chosen for the bonus ES and Stun immunity, but honestly after playing through this, I think Trickster is a better choice. Occultist doesn't have any major defenses outside of ES, and really isn't cut out for a melee Cyclone playstyle, even with insane ES leech nodes.

3. ES was chosen because the new ES spell leech nodes + Ghost Reaver are a lot more accessible than forcing life leech through warlords mark/vitality watchers eye, and the travel cost to Vaal Pact. If you can make that work, power to you.

4. All footage was captured on Shaped/Elder Maps of their normal equivalent, Delves are all lvl 83+ (280 Depth) The build can clear red maps pretty well with the right links, but that's about it.
