Path Of Exile - Cast on crit Ice Spear Occultist. 120Mill+ Damage. My favorite build of ALL TIME! is a Path of Exile Occultist build by Safe On Talk, made for the Crucible league (3.21). It is centered on Ice Spear and plays as a critical, intelligence, spell, projectile archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 54.87M DPS with 32.43K effective HP, 513 life, 2.09K energy shield. Key uniques include Cospri's Malice, Mageblood, Dying Sun, Prism Guardian, Circle of Fear.
