My League Starter in 3.24 Path of Exile Necropolis League. This build doesn't need a 6-link, uses a bunch of 1c uniques and clears the entire atlas with a comfy playstyle... but it's a bit complicated to set up and you CAN mess it up, so be warned.

WARNING: Build is squishy and annoying to set up, only play if you're okay with that. If that's fine by you, then it's a fantastic starter to get everything done on minimal budget ;)
