I have played Path of Exile since the end of Delve league and this is my favorite build of all time so I wanted to share it with you all. As far as I'm aware this is an original idea I came up with in Sentinel league. I'm happy to answer any questions people may have about the build especially if someone is interested in making a similar character. Unfortunately, I do not recommend playing this build without a higher budget because I consider mageblood mandatory.

######Build Explanation:
Delving has always been some of my favorite content in Path of Exile and after the zHP meta removed I began attempting to build very tanky characters that can continue to push far into delve. I played this same build but with much better gear in Sentinel and was the deepest delver
Being tanky:
This build is essentially a hybrid aurastacker and armour stacker but without Doryani's Prototype.
With a significant amount of armour, the Transcendence keystone provided by Militant Faith timeless jewels becomes a very strong option for mitigating elemental damage, at the cost of removing all of our physical damage mitigation. To overcome this downside we convert 100% of physical damage taken to either elemental damage, or chaos damage.
Through the use of Chaos Innoculation, purities, and elemental flasks, we are immune to portions of the converted physical damage and further greatly reduce the portions of damage we are not immune to. This build does not have any energy shield regeneration, and so it does not deal well with damage over time, but with 75% resistances and three elemental flasks you will take damage over time as you normally would if you had 85/81/85 fire/cold/lightning maximum resistances. In this sense, the build deals better with damage over time then builds would if they did not use purities at all or melding of the flesh.
At a higher budget with a three mod watcher's eye, so long as you are hitting an enemy, elemental damage over time can basically be ignored. For bleeds and corrupted blood, we are immune through the use of the flask suffix.
Dealing Damage:
By stacking cold resistance everywhere we are able to and using a Grasping Mail with "Evasion Rating is increased by Overcapped Cold Resistance" we obtain a lot of evasion. Then, we use a high level grace to further increase our evasion. Iron reflexes converts all of our evasion into armour, and determination multiplies our armour further, leading to the build having millions of armour.
Replica Dreamfeather is a unique weapon that provides the wearer with 1% increased damage per 450 armour, leading to my build having 7000% increased damage, and the budget PoB having 5474% increased damage.
Almost all of our flat damage comes from a high level smite. This means that the build functions with any skill that can be used with a sword so long as you maintain your smite buff.
Other auras used in the build provide us with more multiplier for our damage, and specifically because I chose a projectile skill I am able to further greatly increase damage with sniper's mark.
In total, according to the Moldydwarf Molten Strike DPS Caluator, I have just short of 100 million DPS on bosses.
