What's changed: Grasping mail, % dex synth rings, Nimis, now much less accessible, so in budget version i use +2 Briskwrap, this is BIS for dps but it provides zero defences, that's why budget version became even more glassy.
There's no point in allocating Ghost Dance now until you have a Grasping mail with high eva+es and attack speed per dex. Barskin still op on maps so i recommend take all 2 nodes via FF/FF jewels (spell suppress cap required)
