Charlatan is bait.

Made my own version of low life Cold EK Assassin. EHP in PoB is slightly lower than my expectation, but it handle juiced maps easily. You can also farm the rarity version of eternal conflict with 2x nemeses scarabs but if you die, let's just say your map is probably 70% bricked.... xdd
