I know there are a lot of these builds floating around but here's my take. I went with a slightly cheaper setup than most seem to do and selected skill configs with barely any conditional effects so DPS remains steady and braindead. Spin to win.

I mostly do boss rush so I tend to use Increased Critical Damage instead of Void Shockwave but they're easily swapped and you can see below, the clear is still fine. Berserk is probably something I'll end up ditching since it barely gets any use.
