Path of Exile 3.19 Lake of Kalandra - Ballista Totem Elemental Hit (Hierophant) - Budget Version

PoB - https://pastebin.com/m3pErRG1 I wanted to create a budget version of this build, I am using a Skin of the Lords, Level 3 Empower (can use Faster Attacks). I removed all my high-end jewels (Watcher's Eye etc), just a normal quill rain. My DPS is down by 60%. As you can see from the videos, I am still able to kill all the bosses (just not the Uber versions) with minimal investment. I know my Xoph's is a double curse but I am only using 1 curse in the videos. The boots Pierce +4 but you do not need it, you can get +2. The rest of the items are, buy what you can afford. I would say around 5 to 7 Divines.

Unless they nerf the build, this should be fine next league. Good Luck in 3.20
