The idea of this build was to stack Low Tolerance effect together with Plaguefinger (54% increased effect of Poison).

Apparently this is not working the way I initially thought. Instead of being more damage, it turns out to be increased damage.

I crafted the crossbow myself and got extremely lucky with it.
