PoB (only 95 atm): https://pobb.in/2g-iUyORDeUg Last few pts dont do much, just +1 endu and some dmg from clusters or maybe the buff duration graft could be cool for gull abuse if you spec shrines on tree as well.

Reliant on flask uptime (26 seconds without charge gain), for bosses swap to shavs, just loses like 3.5k es or so no diff otherwise, just depends on what ur doing.

Last build concept of the league utilizing some new foulborn uniques + the lycia herald node to make Hoag viable in 2025. Occultist version with shav's has more QoL, glad version has 99/99 block so way more tanky. Full setup actually kinda cheap if you drop the adorned (not needed), I'd say can be easily made in MB + 300d budget. Good league start potential for next league.
