cja's Notes
Using Chieftan's "Totems are Immune to Fire Damage" from the Arohongui notable, the Eye of Innocence amulet (Take 100 Fire Damage when you Ignite an Enemy), Torchoak Step (Totems Reflect 25% of their maximum Life as Fire Damage to nearby Enemies when Hit) and reverse knockback gloves. Three dragons allows cold damage from a jewel to ignite. The only ways to scale damage are by increasing totem life, lowering resists, and "enemies take" damage modifiers. EE should also be taken, but I do not think that would enough to make this a good build.
