Champion Blood Sacrament 7k life ~permanent adrenaline.

Using 1 cast tick shots of blood sacrament at 52.66% life reserved to hit low life. just pop a flask to trigger adrenaline.

very tanky. much better than the es versions I tried. anyone have something better working for this skill?
