3.10 UPDATE: The Sentinel Queen got hit with a big nerf to Spirit Offering, but not to worry! Bone offering is also very good, and I will be working over the start of Delirium to produce a better, stronger, and tankier Sentinel Queen than ever before. (Physical Gem Tag on Animate Weapon, wink wink)
