The core of the build is minion pact blade vortex, and this combo is honestly insane. Minion pact sacrifices a minion to give you flat physical damage based on that minion’s life. On most skills that would be awkward, because you would need to keep sacrificing minions every time you wanted to deal damage. But Blade Vortex completely bypasses that downside, because it snapshots the damage on the cast that creates your blades. So you consume the minion once, build your stacks, and then carry that huge amount of damage for the full duration.
