Wanted to test out spells and test out a bit of int stacking since I haven't played a spell caster in poe 2. Build worked but, only because of investment in build at around 500 divines . Whispering ice has decent damage but, lacks stats to scale well compared to a rare staff. Also ice storm is too clunky and not really strong enough to be worth building around in 0.4 .
