I finally figured out what I want to play as my follow-up build for Path of Exile 3.15 Expedition League. After a few underwhelming characters I settled on one of my favorite characters of all time. This DeadEye uses Lightning strike and several sources of increased action speed along with chain to clear very fast and put out some impressive damage.
