PoE 2 | Massive AoE explosions with Impending Doom Lich

Hey everyone! I've been theorycrafting recently and I really wanted to make a build revolving around the Impending Doom support gem that can clear t15s just like in 0.1 in the past. The build itself is fairly easy to play - just spam enfeeble and everything will explode. Although it might not be the best build out there, it's definitely one of the cheapest. Especially after the most recent 0.2f patch notes which made every unique belt able to equip multiple charms. So you don't even need a Dream Fragments ring anymore, you can just use a freeze immunity charm along with a stun immunity charm. Also you do not need a 6-link to be t15 viable, it's just a nice quality of life that you can get.
