Here's my take on the explode totem meta, have been playing this build for 2 weeks and finally made a showcase video. (One take cause I hate editing)

Levelled from 96 to 98 in simulacrum, you could definitely hit 100 as you pretty much run it deathless although it only has 5/6 clear vs a 6/7 clear build.

Build has way too much damage and I wanted to shore up its flaws (clear, speed and tankiness)

Self Chill , +9 maximum resistance shield , EB MoM are all aspects which help solves the build's problems

We get EB MoM from our weapon and supreme decadence from The Burden Of Truth

89% max resistance from +9 max fire res shield (+5 and +4 from crucible)

Purity of Fire, +2 from boots eldritch implicit and +1 from corrupted amulet

We take Supreme Ostentation for attribute requirements due to how many uniques we are using to enable all the interactions and lack of suffix slots, 109100 Elegant hubris gives us insane value 400+% damage, 20% flask duration, 12% suppress and 80% avoid shock if you use Stormshroud

This is NOT a budget build, it was pretty cheap when I built it 2 weeks ago when prices were cheap.

Budget dual wield dagger (Uber Config) Once you get both totem explode and % chance to summon two totems Split it and Essence Of Fear till you hit chaos or generic DoT Multi then craft Gain Phys as Chaos, rest of the gear essence craft with fractures
