Since this is tornado shot, you can scale the damage pretty well with more arrows/hunter body armour/temple gloves/charges/jewels etc, you'll figure it out i'm sure ;) As per usual, start off with LA if you plan on league starting this and you can switch to ts in later acts/maps. Forgot to take off 1 pierce from tree, so lvl 95 char, but you do want at least 1 pierce since we don't have chain.
