Chieftain that converts 100% of physical damage into fire damage, combining Scorching Ray and Blade Vortex to make some hot blender build that can take down Shaper. Overall is very tank, rather fast and probably can be built into Righteous Fire with some couple changes. More info and time stamps are below.
