In 3.18 Sentinel patch, GGG didn't buff or nerf anything. Any POB that has 3.17 tree is ready to go. You don't need to wait for 3.18 update. Act 1-10 Leveling tip: Play as hollow palm ground slam or other skill. Do NOT try archer leveling, it sucks.
