Final version of my Reave Slayer build which was my league starter for 3.29, now as a Ward Stacking setup that can take on juiced mapping and ubers easily. My budget is getting close to 100 div but you can start on around 25-30 for Ward Stacking, and you can check out my league starter and day 3 update video for earlier progression if you haven't gotten started yet.
You can get Olroth's bloodline guaranteed from logbook with implicit but they seem to have been bought out already, so you may have to farm 81+ Knights of the Sun logbooks for a random encounter.
