Newly introduced Frostmage & Greater Spell Cascade Exceptional Supports fits really well on Cold Snap of Power. Aiming is a bit weird because you want to aim beside the target to get multiple cold snap overlaps going for huge single target potential. As always on my builds, i tried to be as budget friendly as possible, i dont have optimized gear / gems, keep that in mind please. Have fun guys!
