This build is CLUNKY and BUGGY With 100% reduced magnitude of ignite on you, you will not be able to Spread your own ignite because it will deals 0 dmg. You can bypass this by igniting/killing an enemy and let that ignite spread to another enemy to then reflect back to you. For some reason that ignite is not affected by the reduced ignite effect. This also means bossing becomes more difficult, because you only have one single enemy
There is another way of avoiding this You can go "Self Immolation" (ignite reflect notable), and no other reduced magnitude of ignite on you. Go "Blackflame Covenant" (to make fire spells into chaos) and Chaos Inoculation (to be immune to the ignite chaos dot). This way you'll at least spread 60% of your Ignite without taking damage
