Overview
Firestorm arcanist brand that i think can do 30mil shaper dps. is a Path of Exile Elementalist build by Agnanum, made for the Harvest league (3.11). It is centered on Firestorm and plays as a intelligence, spell, area, duration archetype. In Path of Building it reaches 136.8K DPS with 1.63K life, 4.41K energy shield. Key uniques include Blightwell, The Wise Oak, Circle of Anguish, Martyr of Innocence.
Agnanum's Notes
I've spent some time theory crafting this, if it works I'll be very happy, it has 8k phys ehp, the items are fairly idealized but most rolls are set to average since I dont want to plan around 6x t1 rares, having the right mid tier rolls is enough for me on most numbers.
Hopefully this isn't as far fetched as I'm worried it is, the jewels are probably very expensive but there are a lot of rolls in those categories that should increase the dps in similar ways.
