【Dual-Wield】(Nerfed? or Nah)【Ground Slam】 w/ Soul Taker - 3.11 (2nd Day Progress)

Hey guys, first of all, i din't scrap my tectonic, for those who's asking why i dint finish off my previous build, well because my way of "league-start" is to test out as many build as possible, then slowly upgrade it when i have enough currency ~

// Build Overview //

• Dual wield = Slam + Speed
• Huge DPS (even with lousy gear)
• Pretty tank with Endu charges

*Not sure about u guys, but this skill made me lag AF sometimes + keep crashing
