• Budget: ~20-30d maybe. I got a lot of the gear for cheap.

• I don't have a Headhunter but the build will scale very well with one if you have it.

Main idea:

• Charge stacking = big damage, AoE & defence (with updated endurance charges).

• Importantly, most of the damage is generic (i.e not specific to spells or attacks), so it also scales explosions. is - Hatred Sublime Vision provides explosions with base crit, and lets Herald Of Ice pops chain.

• Cold-convert Reap gives big damage with blood charges/woke cascade and has big AoE.

• CoC because I prefer the playstyle. Swap in a void battery and self cast if you want.

• Replica restless ward gives speed and enough regen to sustain the cost of Reap.
