since the patch made it able to modify t17s, it's best to ignore mods such as less recovery and cannot recharge shield and possibly more since this build isn't that tanky.

I want to state that it might not be viable without a mageblood for t17, it's fine anywhere else. if you're keen on playing maw then this could probably be a reference for you otherwise it's a bad dedicated t17 farmer and i'd advise you to choose something like coc dd, hexblast trickster or any other dedicated t17 builds out there.
