The Aggressive wand should be ITEM LEVEL 76-82 to be able to use 3 socket resonators instead of 4 socket. With 3 sockets on 76-82 you have a 1/18 of +2. With 83+ and 3 sockets resonators it's 1/180, extremely expensive.

If you had a fractured aggressive that was ITEM LEVEL 83+ then you need to use 4 sockets instead of 3 sockets. The 4 socket on 83+ is 1/12 and the 3 socket is 1/120. Again 10x harder to hit.

So GOOD 76-82 = 3 socket 1/18 83+ = 4 socket 1/12
