Holy Flame Totem is one of my picks for the smoothest budget league starter in 3.29. It levels effortlessly from act 1 with almost zero gear investment, transitions cleanly into maps for a few chaos, and with the Legion rework this patch it's an absolute monster at farming Legion encounters for early league currency.
