The Strongest Bosskiller RF? *No herald, no scorching ray, just the Righteous Fire! 3.10

Hey guys! I wanna thank you all for showing so much support and guidance on my RF build, i have improvised it by having the damage doubled with EE & EO ! Uber elder below 2 mins !

Here's the final form of my Highest DPS RF build, be sure to check out the details below on how it works! This is my first time building a RF(and pretty satisfied with it), feel free to let me know if i could have any improvisation! Will definitely play this skill again next league ^^ Cheers~

// Build Overview //

• Smoothest clearspeed (Better than cyclone)
• Many playstyle and most of them are "immortally" tanky, but need to afk in boss fights for a long time.
• My version is Fast DPS RF with decent DEF(Cannot overtank big hits)
• Swap Inc AOE support to Conc Effect for bossing(Or just use Conc Effect all the time, up to you)

// HOW it works (Based on my build) //

1. How to make the DEGEN stops?

• Pump sufficient MAX fire res by having Purity of Fire(Aura) + Molten One's(Cluster) + Rise of the phoenix(Shield)
• Pump resonable Life/ES regen so that your eHP wont deduct by using RF in hideout

2. Where does most of the DPS comes from?

• Stack These 2 clusters - Wrapped in Flame + Burning Bright for sweet sweet DPS (Optional : Widespread destruction)

*Newbies question : Why spell damage is not affecting RF dps?

• Yes, RF gem tag has a "spell" on it, but it's actually not a spell, nor a hit, it's just a burning skill, so aim for these mods to get the most dps out of it :
• Fire DoT multiplier (%)
• Dot multiplier (%)
• Fire damage(%) *Do not get flat fire damage, it wont work
• Elemental Damage (%)
• Burning Damage (%)
• Stack more eHP (but this doesn't add that much tho)

3. How to trigger Elemental Overload(EO) & Equilibirum(EE)? Storm brand (with inc critical strike support) is the answer! *Preferably self-cast (Like a spell totem)

• It attaches to enemy and constantly zapping (Crit to get EO) and since its a lightning skill, it triggers EE

4. Inspiration support works with RF? -Yes, buty ou gotta have a skill other than RF that has inspiration support to trigger the charges.

• The inspiration charges apply for all skills
• Ez damage
