How much currency would it take to make something close to this? 500-1000ex?

Any of the pieces that are better to craft or just buy?

All tips are welcomed on how to approach this in steps. Thinking double corrupted head Hunter is first item on the list, and then a claw (maybe go for 30ias fracture instead?).
